Room to Think

One issue. One hour. Get unstuck.

Bring an issue, challenge or decision that’s taking up too much of your thinking. We’ll spend one hour working through it together — creating the space to see what’s really going on, challenge your thinking and work out a clear way forward.

What’s taking up too much of your thinking?

Perhaps it’s…

A difficult conversation you know you need to have, but you’re unsure how to approach it.

A relationship with someone important that’s become harder than it needs to be.

A busy team that somehow isn’t making the progress it should be.

Competing priorities, expectations and stakeholders — with no obvious right answer.

Something happening in your organisation that doesn’t make sense, and you’re struggling to see what’s really going on.

You know something needs to change, but you’re not clear where to start.

Bring the challenge that’s taking too much of your thinking.

Room to Think

What is Room to Think?

Room to Think is a confidential, focused professional coaching conversation for managers, leaders, executives and entrepreneurs.

Bring an issue, challenge or decision that’s taking up too much of your thinking. We’ll spend up to one hour working through it together. We’ll create the space for it, look at it from a range of perspectives and deepen our understanding of what’s really going on. From there, we’ll work together to design a way forward.

This is a one-off conversation. There’s no programme, package or ongoing commitment.

What could you leave with?

A clearer understanding of what’s really going on.

A different perspective on the situation.

Greater clarity about the choices available to you.

Practical actions that can help you move forward.

Clarity creates choice.

How it works

Before

Once you’ve booked, you’ll have the option to answer three short questions to help frame what you’d like to bring. A few sentences is plenty.

During

We’ll have a focused, confidential coaching conversation of up to 60 minutes. You bring the issue. We’ll work with whatever emerges and matters most.

After

I’ll send you a concise, personalised Action Summary capturing what became clearer, the choices you see and the actions you identified.

And that’s it. No ongoing commitment.

Why Shane?

Shane understands what it’s like to carry responsibility in complex, fast-moving organisations. He’s spent much of his career leading significant programmes and projects where decisions matter, priorities compete and progress depends on working effectively with other people.

Through that experience, he learned the value of remaining grounded under pressure — being able to stop, step back, reassess what’s happening, see the situation from a different perspective and choose how to move forward.

And sometimes we need to do that, fast.

Today, his work as an executive coach, facilitator and organisational consultant builds on that experience — helping other leaders create enough space within the complexity to see more clearly, choose deliberately and act.

A cool head. Another perspective. Room to think.
