Organisational change programs

I work with leaders to understand exactly where they, their teams and organisation are. Together we discover the practices and anti-patterns teams are experiencing. I coach how to create simple, non-intrusive ways forward, taking each anti-pattern in turn, understanding its cost and impact on the business and designing a simple plan of action.
